Guidelines and procedure to filling the Online Registration form

General Instructions:-

  1. You must have the following documents/information at the time of applying as these are mandatory for filling the form.

  2. Color passport size photo of the Child/Family Photo (in jpg/jpeg format) not more than 3 months old.

  3. Note: The dimensions of the photo must be 100 x 80 pixels and the digital size of each photo must be less than 20KB. Background of the photos should be white in color.

  4. Valid email id and mobile number.

  5. Before filling the form please refer to the detailed instruction given under criteria definition carefully.

  6. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parent's name and date of birth correctly) in the Online Registration Form. The date of birth, name of the applicant, father’s and mother’s name filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate.

  7. A list of shortlisted candidates for verification and admission, draw of in case any, for all the categories will be displayed on the school website on the dates specified.

  8. In case any applicant is found to have submitted a false/incorrect information, then the registration of the applicant will be rejected and it will not be processed further for admission.

  9. To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a candidate.

  10. Print the acknowledgement receipt generated by the system once the form is submited successfully.

  11. Note down the Username and Password on the Acknowledgement Receipt for future reference. The Username and Password will be sent through SMS also.

  12. Before you register online, please read all instructions carefully by Downloading the Guidelines.(Download link given at the top).

  13. Application Form should be filled online and a print out of the same along with the required self attested documents to be submitted to the School Office on all working days between 9.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 29/11/2024 (Friday) to 20/12/2024 (Friday).

  14. Click on “I agree” option and “Proceed” link.
